It will depend on the amount of flex (panel distortion and misalignment caused by the flexing' how well the substrate was prepped and the the thickness of the Eternabond itself.
Still not an excuse for regular seam inspections. No sealant is a do it and forget it sealant, not even Eternabond. Good stuff however. I really line the Eternabond corner tape myself but that is another thread.
