I would not put that stuff on my roof on a two year old RV.
If you lived soemplace whee they get lots of sun then I would wait until it ages and then do it.
The roof on my last TT was 13 y/o, never leaked and had many years left in it.
Remember this is a commercial roofing matrial and is meant to last a long time with no maint. what so ever.
Also, I would never buy a nice, newer used RV with roof sealer on it. It tells me there was a problem that was patched.
