Yes, an oil change on a diesel is more expensive than a gas, but at double the mileage!
Other than the cost of a fuel filter every 15,000 miles what other "maintenance" costs are higher than a gasser?
And the fuel discussion is very much in favor of diesel right now - they are the same price around here and I get 12-13mpg towing vs the 6-8 that many gassers report.
