I have a 2004 Chevy pickup. It has been the worst vehicle I have ever owned and I'm 51 years old. I had Fords for decades before this and my family and friends talked me into thes one and I really, really, regret it. The transmision gave out at 80000 miles and it's been noting but trouble since then. Nest week it as to go in because there is a leak between the water pump and the engine. BUT, there is a aluminum plate that covers the timeing chain between the water pump and the block. This means there there are 4 gaskets where there could have been two. And, the leak could be in between any of them. I suspect next that they are going to tell me that the aluminum timeing chaing cover is warped and make me buy another one of them. That would require a lot of work. If it comes to that I'll junk the POS out.
NEVER BUY A CHEVY.
