Here in Montana it would be legal, except that the towing vehicle must have at least 2000 lbs manufacturers rated capacity to tow two trailers (MCA 61-10-104 (4)). However, if the towing vehicle is home-built, and the builder rated it at 2000 .bs. capacity or more, then maybe...
Also, the roof-top hitch would be unnecessary, because towing doubles with ball hitches is legal. The first trailer does not have to be a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch.

Not to be morbid or anything, but I would love to see it at highway speeds (if it can even attain them when loaded) in a 45 mph crosswind. :O

I liked the tow mirrors also. I wonder if he keeps them deployed when not towing so the car looks more macho?

I also notice the guy has a set of "Rock Tamers" mudflap across the back for protection.... Nice.
