For reference, I have a Northstar 850SC on my F-350 6.7L diesel, 4X4 Crew Cab shortbed with 20" wheels. I had done quite a bit of research (thanks to members of rv.net!) before I determined what was an appropriate match for my truck.
I recently took my rig to the CAT scales. The weights with full fuel, full passengers, full gear and the tongue weight from a ~3,000 lb boat (the latter estimated to be between 150-200 lbs) were:
Front Axle: 5,280 lb (720 lb under Front GAWR of 6,000 lb)
Rear Axle: 6,360 lb (640 lb under Rear GAWR of 7,000 lb)
Total: 11,640 lb (140 lb over GVWR of 11,500 lb)
Also based on previous measurements, I estimate that the dry weight of my camper is 1960 lb.
Good luck with your search.
