I am fully aware of the 6.0 problems but hey, if it's running good at 200 thousand the bugs have all been felt with is my thinking. These are in my price range and there are not many Dodge or GM trucks as Fords in my market. What say u ?
See if you can get an Oasis report from Ford on the truck in question that would give you an idea of work done under warranty, might cover some work after also. The 05 to 07 were the best years for the 6.0, Ford had IH had corrected some of the earlier issues.
If you get it for a good enough price you can stash some money for repairs, or bullet proofing in the future, could be a decent buy.
