Expand your view, the internet is full of companies that supply the parts for the conversion to a Fummins. They would not exist if there was not a market for their products.
I actually looked into swapping my 6.0 for a Cummins when I was having all the issues with it. The total cost to have someone else do the swap was just under $20,000. I've done several swaps myself and I know that there are usually a lot of additional costs that crop up along the way, so this figure might have been a little low.
