Looking for a 2.5" receiver hitch

Spend the money and buy this 100% Made in USA product. Wish I bought this long ago. Never a sound out of it. NOT cheap but well worth the $$$.

Geo'Boy has it right. I have had many over the years and finally plunked down the cash for the tow and stow a few years ago. It sure isn't the cheapest out there but as far as I am concerned it is the best I have ever used especially if you need multiple ball sizes like I do.

PS, I don’t see the downside to the aluminum hitches unless one is towing super heavy or daily. I could see long term wear n tear on an AL hitch if used very regularly.

Yes same one except mine is a bigger drop for a lifted truck.
I looked at reviews of the other ones you see there on Amazon with the Chinese names. Didn’t seem worth the few bucks savings.
I’ve only towed a couple times with it but it’s tight, doesn’t rattle.

Edit I ordered direct from Fastway. Got an email with a discount code right after ordering. (Like usual for new customers). I emailed and “checked to see because I couldn’t get the discount code to work when I ordered” lol.
They applied the discount retroactively.

I have a Bulletproof Hitch rated at 36K. Super heavy duty, was not cheap, but well made for sure. I will save money when I can, but I am not interested in going cheap on hitches. I put this on the back of my '20 3500 DRW. We pull about 20K with that hitch. Solid, there is no play, with 8" of hitch mounting height options. They make lighter duty options as well.

Was the best price I could find for 2.5" shank adjustable quality drop hitch. All the other quality steel and aluminum ones were about 1/3 more in price. This one was about $50 more than the cheapo aluminum ones.

Can't comment on longevity, but it appears to be quality.

Ironic. I went to Costco after writing this post. The truck next to me had the exact same hitch! I took pictures of it so I could look it up when I got home
