I agree, however, on a twisty mountain pass that has extreme grades, the truck and trailer will over rev the engine. I was using 1st gear and 5000rpms, and I still needed heavy use of the brake pedal. I'd take issue with the dealer ripping off the OP. Hopefully, he learned his lesson, like I did. I was fortunate to have my dealer make it right.
