That's one nice looking unit, whatever it is!
Word to the wise:
An owner's manual wouldn't do you much good even if you could find one. They tend to be very generic, usually limited to instructions as to how to tow/set up to camp etc. All/most of the working parts are supplied by others and would have their own instruction manuals. Many of those are available online since so many trailers used the same components.
If you have questions about the fridge, converter, or what have you, Google the name/model number of that item and you'll be surprised what pops up.
Or ask about it here, of course!
