Everything on the outside is original. The awning is even original and has no holes in it. The AC unit will freeze you out even in the direct sunlight with it in the mid 90s. I've been quite pleased with what it turned out to be. I did paint the inside, put new tile in, and had the cushions redone. Being, i got it for a hunting camper I went with all earth tones on the inside and since the pictures where taken I put realtree camo curtains in too. Kind of wishing I had did normal colors now that we've decided to start using it with the family. I've been looking at a lot of similar campers on Craigs list and it does make me realize the deal I got. It was a older couple I bought it from and I drove by their house for 10 years with it just sitting behind their house unused. I always told me wife "I want that camper!". All it took was stopping and asking, and a year later they sold it to me after stopping by 3 times in 6 months. Very glad I pressured them. lol. The guy also gave me all the towing hitch stuff and he had all the paper work for the appliances. He really took care of the camper.
