We have a rear kitchen and LOVE it. The word of advice that I'd share is that rear kitchen models may end up being a little light on the tongue once you load up the fridge and cabinets with provisions. Other than that, they are awesome layouts providing for a lot more comfortable space inside and someone in the kitchen isn't in "the way" since you don't have to walk through it to get anywhere. :)
