I was just thinking something similar to that - I have relative who just got a Micro Lite which is just a few pound heavier / a few feet longer which has all the options the OP is looking for, and more, which he tows easily with a little Nissan Frontier pickup. The shorter smaller give up the murphy bed / living room and some overall living space, but would fit the bill perfectly for the OP.
