i'd like to find out what the yellow sticker factory weight is, since the OP posted the fictional website/brochure dry weight.
the yellow sticker amount will actually tell how much real CCC the trailer has.
no trailer actually weighs the website/brochure number. so the weight of any options, battery, water, and propane, will take away from the CCC amount.
my Roo 23SS weighed 400lbs more, from the factory, than the website/brochure dry weight.
i think you're ok towing it but agree that you won't have much cargo capacity to work with.
