Looking to start the process and would like some advice.

Looking at the photos and doing some internet searching, I think the price is fair. Negotiate for anything lower, see how far they are willing to go. In all the different web sites I looked it, there is no mention of propane tanks. Check to make sure the sale price includes the propane tanks, and 30 pound or 20 pound --- 2 of them.
