I have a friend that used to live in Texas that told me many years ago when she lived there windows were not required but apparently wipers were. I'd never want one, but it's still marvelous! - That's hilarious. It's not spam...it's relevant to towing. If I saw that set up on the road I'd stay the hell away from it.
