A couple of suggestions that have worked well for us...
Get rid of your CH751 keyed locks. A trip to home Depot got me 4 new lock tumblers keyed the same. Installing them was about 5 minutes each. My storage bays {2}, battery and generator compartments are now all keyed alike but not with 751's. Total cost about $25.
Having recently lost the key fob for my Indian motorcycle and had to replace it for $172 I looked into tracking devices. For about $60 you can get a set of 4 GPS Tiles {I got two sets and still have two left} from Apple. Using the free "Tile App" you can track any tile. Now my bike, RZR and both sets of RV keys have a GPS tracking tile attached to the key ring. Not only will they beep if you lose them they can track the location via the internet if someone steals the bike or RZR {I hid a tile inside each}. Think of them as a poor mans Lo Jack.
I keep a set of keys that open the RV and work in the ignition along with a spare key for my storage bays hidden in the cargo trailer which is almost always attached to the Class C. One of the three locks on the trailer is a combo so I can always access this spare set.
Hiding a key with a magnetic box is also a good way to go if you do nothing else. Most RV road service platforms provide for locked out assistance but check your coverage.
