Lots of Fords
Just got back week in Gettysburg PA. Mostly Fords at campground. People having more faith on the 6.7s after the bad experience from the 6.0.:B

All kidding aside, we live in the golden age of beer. Drink what you like and don't worry about what everybody else drinks.
As to the truck thing, I see a lot more Rams around here (Pacific Northwest) than I used to, but I believe it's a regional thing because of Dave Smith and Dennis Dillon in Idaho. They've been pumping out the trucks. Fords still tend to dominate at the horse shows.
We live in the golden age of trucks. Drive what you like and don't worry about what everybody else drives.
