Just got back week in Gettysburg PA. Mostly Fords at campground. People having more faith on the 6.7s after the bad experience from the 6.0.:B

The more complex a system is, the more likely it is to fail. As they managed to gather more data on failure points, they've been able to engineer better solutions.
No, not all manufacturers struggled with meeting the EPA standards in 2003/2004. Those years are some of the most sought after for the Dodge/Cummins. If you can name some specific issues those trucks had that are related to meeting EPA standards, I'm all ears! :B
