Lots of Fords
Just got back week in Gettysburg PA. Mostly Fords at campground. People having more faith on the 6.7s after the bad experience from the 6.0.:B

The 727, TH350, TH400, C4 and C6 were all 3 speed autos with no overdrive, but very bulletproof transmissions with minimal cost in rebuilding, compared to the later electronic overdrives (E4OD, 4R100, 4L60, 4L80E, 47RE, 48RE), which are problematic behind too much engine and in front of too much load, unless alot of money is spent on them.
