Yes, I know it is not a Ford engine. The Navistar decal on the valve cover is one dead giveaway. The fact that they built some of those engines not 70 miles from my house (Navistar Huntsville) is another.
But in spite of your so called semantics lesson, Bob Faschetti did NOT use the term "POS". He stated that Ford had a much greater warranty exposure with the early 6.0 engines. YOU said that he said the engine was a "POS".
You say it was paraphrasing. I say it was putting words in someone's mouth. And as a former journalist, I know the difference.
