Love my Keystone Bullet 285RLS TT

Purchased a new 2014 Keystone Bullet Ultralite 285RLS TT last Nov, used it only twice this year due to job. Total 10 nights camping. Love it! Not a single malfunction of any system so far! Was surprised no punchlist with all the complicated mechanical, electrical systems! Only weighs 5540 lbs so no problem for my 97 Expedition to pull. Love the décor and 2 big rocker recliners! Highly recommend a Bullet!
  • Hi Dutchmen Sport...Great looking Outback ! Big one! How long? what is weight?
  • Looks nice!..mine is same without bunks since just wife and I and dog Scruffy. We have 2 great rocker recliners in rear with big picture window. only got to use 2 times this year due to PT job. Also went to Jersey shore at Holly Shores in Cape May. Fantastic resort campground! Love how it tows with no sway and only weighs 5480 lbs. Have E2 hitch.. love it! pulling with vintage 97 Expedition... 204,000 miles.. gotta take it easy! Gotta love the deluxe Bullet interiors too! very rich! took a falling tree limb right through my slideout roof on our last trip.. trailer now in for repair in S. Jersey.. end of this camping season I guess! No one was hurt--that's what's important! Happy camping!
  • Glad to hear your report. We loved our Keystone Springdale, but eventually the floor plan did not work so well for us. But it was a great camper. Our Keystone Outback is absolutely GREAT! Love this thing. NO problems either, except after 2 years the front cap faded. Keystone is paying for a repaint. It's in the shop right now. Paint is done, but waiting for the graphics. Unfortunately, I have to pay for the new graphics on the front cap as there was really nothing wrong with them. But it's worth it to get the cap repainted by a company that actually does this type of thing for living!

A funny story. We were suppose to get the camper back last Friday. Dealer called us, sure enough, but not to pick it up. Said they needed to re-order some of the graphics. They said the graphic Keystone sent them had a miss-spelling. The "e" and the "y" were missing .... yup ... "Kstone". So we're still waiting on the RIGHT graphics to come in. This is really the only incident we've had in 2 years and we've put a lot of miles and a lot of camps on this trailer so far. No problems at all (other than the paint), and still absolutely love this camper!

Contrary to the negatives some folks say about Keystone, I've got nothing to complain about.

Glad you love your Bullet. They are a pretty popular brand around my part of the country too.
  • I'm right there with you. I've had mine for over two years with no real issues.
