Here is the bridge.
West side. It looks like one could easily drive around the bollard.
East approach. Missing bollard, could drive around easily.
West side view looking back down to street in last photo and onto pedestrian bridge.
It looks like you drive up on there pretty easy. I am guessing that will change.
