Low Buck Dually Build

After getting a nice bubble in the sidewall on my 95 f350 I decided it might be a good idea to look into a dually. I did not want to sell the 95 and looked into the possibility of converting the 95 to dually. Then a customer says he is parting out a dually. I went to go check it out and ended coming home with it for $1,800. It's a 99 f350,powerstroke,4wd,4door.It was well worn but with a little elbow grease it's coming along nice. Sold the front bumper, built new trans, exhaust, gauges,tires, ball joints and little paint. I took it out for a trial run to the eastern sierras with my son. Great trip. Have a 1 5/8" spacer for roof clearance and it is not enough. Thumped the roof hard but no damage to truck or camper. Have about 6k invested. Much better drive with the dually.
