I think your right. But logistically I'm not inflating /deflating tires after every trip. I can't imagine everyone else goes through an air up air down ritual each trip:h
Some do but I can’t be bothered. Mine are inflated to door sticker pressures for summer towing season. Up north the tt gets put away from oct to May so it makes sense to lower them for that period.
