Lubricating the tongue wheel jack: how & with what?

Wayne, my jack is not electric, but you have given me an idea -- I should figure out what kind of jack I have and then go online to get the manual. (The jack came with the trailer and I do not see any manufacturer's marking on it, but I can look at some pictures to find one that looks similar.) Should have thought of that myself, but I didn't. Thanks.
