I appreciate all the great feedback everyone. I apologize that I'm just now getting back to responding; however, after reading everyone's feedback, I think I'm going to decline the offer at this point. Between no dually jacks on the camper, 3-4' overhang, not properly braced on the unsupported section, and some other details, I think it is slowly causing more problems than it is solving.
With that said though, I am back to considering buying one myself. I'll have to stay in the used market, but what would y'all recommend as far as brand/model that can comfortably sleep 4, fit a short bed, and has a shower. If were going to make a push away from the primitive camping, the females in my life have requested a shower.
