Is that why there are very few GM MHs being built? That 500 miles just not working out for MHs? Just humble thoughts questioning GM and Ford engineering and reasoning behind what is in their manuals. I suspect a few new owners had bad rear axles & got them replaced under warranty so manufacturer puts it in the manual to cover that issue. :h
