As far as I know the Ford 6.7 came out rated a little under 400 hp and were later updated, so I think they are all running the same power now 2011 through 2013. I am not sure how accurate this graph is but it should give you an idea. Its the 735/390 tune though. 6.7 power/torque graph.

Of the big 3, only one of them had the HP/TQ figures calculated by the SAE method....That was GM. And that explains the real world performance in all the hill climb tests.... Think about the difference between peak and continuous power numbers.

The Ford makes better fuel economy while pulling a trailer. Hurt Locker test if you want a data source. Also in some tests at or near sea level the Ford outperforms the Dmax.

Compare and Contrast the Ford and Chevy - The sticker price was very similar on the 2014 2500LTZ and the 2013 F350 (Lariat edition). Both would meet my towing requirements. I was able to negotiate very similar deals for price and trade-in allowance on both trucks, so it came down to features that each had. The Ford just seemed like there were better features available. For example. Power fold and extend camper mirrors (manual on the Chevy). 120 volt power outlets in both the front and back seat. Factory installed running boards, two tone paint, lockable storage under the back seat, SYNC system (free service on Ford, but monthly subscription on Chevy's On-star) and lots of other little features that made up my wife's mind.... And to top it all off, the Ford dealer added a spray-in bed liner and oil/filter changes for life if I'd make the deal.
