Do you have water hose connected to a outside faucet, and is the water left on? The trailer is new and may have a loose pipe connection. Water may being leaking und the carpet and showed up first in that spot.
Best way to check for leaks is to fill tank and use the water pump. If the pump starts cyling on for a short period, when all faucets are closed, you have a leak.
