I changed out my old Magnetex 6300 with the PD 4645 as well as the old Magnetex was not charging my battery. upon making the change I also noticed that the new converter was not charging my battery as well. I contacted Randy at Best Converter and he tried to walk me through the trouble shooting but we could not find the problem. The new converter provides the 13.8v required to charge the battery but for some reason it will not charge it. With battery out the converter is supposed to provide 12vDC to the DC circuit, however, it does not. I am at a loss as to what the problem. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
