main seal is degrading.
Has anyone ever had to replace the main seal for the tip-out tent? Mine is showing signs of degrading and I'm wondering what kind of a job it is to install a new one (and how expensive these seals are...

I used a combination of alcohol and i think it was goof-off. What ever removes the old stickiness and dirt.
