And I've also laughed at the folks who arrive and start pulling out piles of stuff. I have wondered though, maybe their trailer is the only storage space they have for any outdoors related stuff. I think that might explain it for some.
I always look at it "to each their own". Everyone has their own reasoning.
We don't carry as much "stuff" as we used to. But I do carry an assortment of tools and spare parts just as insurance. Some of our excursions are up to two months long covering thousands of miles. The nearest RV part store could be a hundred or more miles away with no Walmart in between.
