Well, I finally figured out my manual crank slide issue. Turns out Bessie-Hunter was correct. Except there was no "hole" in my unit. I found the motor and a rod coming out with socket head on it. I could put a ratchet on it and turn 1/2 turn at a time due to cramped space. This would take 2 days to crank slide out. The crank faced me at the rear wall under the bed so I cut a hole in the wall to expose the crank. Case solved!! Why this wasn't done at the factory is beyond me, but I am now able to insert 3/4 socket through the hole and manually crank the slide in or out. Thanks for your help
