"You can not talk on a cell phone when taking off from a stop unless it is hands free."
I see that all the time around here. Just a couple days ago I was following a pickup on Main Street in town (using a cell phone while driving in town, unless it is hands-free is illegal, by the way!) and noticed the driver was talking on his cell. He had his left hand holding the phone against his right ear, steering with his left elbow (I think), and shifting with his right hand!
A dumb thing to be doing? Yes. Illegal? Again, yes. Did he succeed, without causing an accident? Again, YES.
Come to think of it, the only time I have been unable to back uphill into a campsite was at Lost Johnny Point Campground on Hungry Horse Reservoir, in a '76 Dodge 3/4 ton with auto tranny. I nearly smoked the reverse gear trying to go backwards up a hill with a 19 foot TT!
