What got me was day in and day out in traffic. My commute was 90% traffic and after 5 years and 11 months I grew tired of it. The occasional traffic would not be an issue at all.
Mountains same thing. I was one who almost never rolled back and didn't use the e-brake unless it was a REALLY steep hill. When it was learning to drive stick, my Dad took me to the largest hill and we stayed there until I didn't roll back. Took a few tries as we smelled clutch first but now I don't roll back. I'd imagine it would be a little worse with 9k of trailer behind me but the motions are the same.
