Fiat did not voluntarily report their noncompliance to the epa so they got busted along with a fine.

Also how can fiat recieve their epa certificate and still not be able to ship trucks?

Yes which is why I said "a strong month as the #2 brand." However, if Ram maintains their current trajectory, they will be the annual #2 brand. There's nothing wrong with that. Ram makes a good truck and I find their current advertising better than GM's.

Hopefully the alleged Ecodiesel fiasco disappears for them but time will tell.

Ecodiesel story

Heard on a local radio program last week that auto sales in general for all manufacturers are slow, with 55 day plus inventories for some. Light trucks and crossovers are another story, generally selling all that can be built. go figure............
