Sorry for your troubles...Before hitting the panic button, although it may be too late, remove the secondary filter and cut it apart...let it dry and check for DEF crystals...if none present, flush the entire system, replace all filters and scrub the fuel conditioner/water trap until no evidence of DEF contamination is present...
...if DEF evidence is present in the secondary filter...you are now relatively certain the DEF has passed through the system and into the injectors...bad news...call your insurance company and tell them about your unfortunate accident...
You need to cover all the bases with removal of any signs of DEF into and downstream of the DFCM for future possibilities...Ford will spare no expense down the road to produce or invent any possible reason to void warranty on the fuel system...
