I feel bad for the owner. Mistakes happen to everyone. I knew someone years ago who filled up the fuel tank on his 1981 Buick Century diesel with unleaded gasoline. But, class action lawsuits are just stupid. Lawyers make a bunch of money and vehicle owners make practically nothing. Class action suits are clearly the wrong answer.
