To get that job done this quickly for you is just great.. :B

The fact they were confident giving you the short time frame when you took it to them and sticking to it, tells me your not the first customer they have dealt with for this issue.. :W

So don't feel your the only one that had a "brain fart" moment.

And as I tried to assure you when others were saying you would have warranty cancelations, I am sure your factory warranty is still all intact, right?

Bob - They assured me that I wasn't the first one to do this. They are now seeing 1-3 per month! :E

About 60% of the contamination issues are DEF, with the rest being gasoline. My insurance adjuster said it was her second one this week.

My warrantee is back in effect, and the extended warranty I purchased through Ford is also intact. To top it all off, the adjuster called this afternoon, and they are expediting payment to get it to me next week before I take an interest hit on the credit card I used.

This is by far, the best dealership I've ever dealt with. From the initial sale, to financing, service and repairs, they are top notch in everything they do.

I wonder if sometime in the future, we'll see a redesign to make it more difficult to do this kind of boneheaded error.
