MD trucks

Where is a good place to look for used mdt ? Is there a good place to find information such as blue book values and just general information? I am looking for a bigger truck to pull my toyhauler than the dually. I think it will give me a greater margin of safety and just and a better towing experience.

Craigslist use the search function and enter the model of truck (c4500, F550, sportchassis...etc) Search in major cities near typical RV destinations.

To be honest that's nothing for your GM. Have you changed the shocks to Bilstein and added air bags? Are you running 60-65 in rears and 75-80 psi in front?

I tow 23K at 33K combined with zero issues in all weather and road conditions.
  • Ryder or Penske used truck sales. However, they may have more along the lines of used OTR tractors than MD, but worth a shot anyways.
  • Try Horse Trailer World, under trucks for sale always a lot on there.
  • This may be more than you want or need, but there is a lot of info here:

  • truckpaper.com With the advanced search you can get fairly specific.
  • Just start googling.. you'll find plenty. Blue book values are difficult.. I never found any. My dealer had some, which indicated I paid more than the BB value shown. I did't care because the truck was more than I'd hoped for, and in near-showroom shape at 5 years old.

Got mine at Transwest in near Denver.
