04 was the last year for the FL series so for that kind of money I'd look for a M2. If you do not need the crew cab I'd look at this one for $29K. Make sure it's 270-300 HP. I was surprised to get 12MPH with my FL 70 8.3 Cummins empty and 10 while towing.
