I remember seeing something like this on a HDT forum a few years back. A guy converted a 53 ft trailer into a awesome 5th wheel. Since tow vehicle capacity wasn't an issue, he used residential furnishings throughout. His costs were pretty low, about the cost of a new trailer. It had stairs down to a real basement lol. He dry camped exclusively before so a rig like that fit him perfectly.
