Membership discounts
Question from a newbie: are the Good Sam and/or Passport America memberships a good idea for campground discounts? Other than State Parks are they pretty widely accepted?

Please keep in mind that those discounts are only good off the daily rates. If you're going to stay weekly/monthly/longer, those rates usually have built-in discounts from the park/campground.
