I think what makes this all seem so ridiculous is judging what goes on in an entire nation based on hearsay or a few visits where the vast majority of us on this site have lived here our entire lives. I've never been to Australia so I don't claim to know anything about it, other than the tiny glimpse I've seen by watching a couple of reality shows on trucking in the Outback. Those guys face challenges for sure, but I've personally witnessed road conditions (or rather off-road conditions) on back roads and construction sites here in the states that were every bit as challenging. I live near a big city, but I can drive an hour away and find off road driving conditions that rival just about anywhere. The same can be said for most areas of the US.

Maybe you could explain that too all the people here and outside NA who DO NOT BUY US
Pickups. Pretty parochial answer.
As one who is married to an Australian and
has been Down Under a number of times it would be refreshing to read intelligent, unbiased commentary from a fellow Aussie but that's clearly not the case here with all the wandering rubbish you're posting
RR. :R You also might want to brush up on your sentence structure and grammar so the rest of us have some hope of figuring out what you're trying to say, ridiculous as it may be ... in context of how you're using it, it's "to" not "too". :S
