Mesh organizer - perfect for popups!

Shower organizer

Since those of us with Popup's have a bit less storage space - I put 2 of these in mine. I hung them from the horizontal bar that the lifting mechanism is connected to - I just zip-tied them up. They don't interfere with raising or lowering the top. They're mesh, so they let a breeze come through; you can see through them, and they're great spot for putting cell phones/keys/jewelry, etc - all those little things that easily get lost?

I've been using our pop-top's lift system to hang clothes and to secure loose stuff in a cargo net while off road, for years. But I really like the organizational aspects of the light weight hanging mesh that you brought to our attention. There are smaller things (mostly electronics) that go into an enclosure or into a strapped down bin, now. I think I will get a hanging organizer to keep such things more accessible - - thanks much !

In my case, some of my "countertop" tilts up for storage underneath. So every time I need to get something, I have to clear the countertop first. I see the mesh as being the place where the phones/charging cords/TV remote/flashlight, etc are stored.
  • I use two types of 'organizers' hanging from the roof tubing. The first is a camping cupboard I got from Cabela's. It hangs right over the bench at the end of the table. The second type is a camping cot 'nightstand' hanging on either side of the bed. These are good for the small things like a clock, flashlight, glasses, etc. They provide extra storage and yet don't get in the way when the top is down.

Good idea. My wife uses a shoe organizer, the kind that hooks over a door, (cut the bottom row or two off to fit) and hangs it on the shower wall on the bunk end. Great for all of her "girly" stuff. Just unhook it and lay on dinette bed when popping down.

X2 mounted full time on the lift rods.
