Have the michelins on my fiver. They have been great so far. Between the two you mentioned, I would go for the nationwide warranty. I did buy my last set of tires from Disount tires. They have always treated me fairly. BTW I installed Yomahama Geolanders and they are probably the quietest set of tires I have owned for a long time.
