Well I ran a set of Firestone TransForce HT on our dually Dodge. Got 45,000 out of them with no trouble. Then got the Michelin mindset when it was time to replace the Firestones based on the mileage that folks got out of the Michelin Man. My results certainly are different. Just had them rotated at Discount Tire at the shop where I bought them. Down to 2/32nds to the wear bar at 34,000 miles. 70,000 mile tread wear guarantee. Poor to say the least. The amount of towing and running empty is almost the same year to year. Mostly the same roads. And I sure paid a heck of lot less for the TransForce. Now beware that Michelin is replacing the LTX MS2 with the Premier and the wear guarantee has been downgraded to 50,000 miles. I believe Bib knows he has problem.
