I have always had good service from BFG's . IIRC you are using OEM one ton wheels . Unfortunately no one knows what the wheels are rated for , seems to be a GM secrete . Original tire was a 265/75/16 rated at 3400# . Apparently you have been OK with the 285's so should be good .
Correct! I put 1 ton steelies on went I went with the nitto’s. Interestingly the recommended wheel for 295 is same as 285.
I feel pretty good about gaining a little more capacity. I don’t recall any 295 tires 4 yrs ago?!
Should have the new sneakers on next week...
